Who is responsible

Aquora S.R.L. (Aquora, from here on), based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, is responsible for the data received through this site. You can write to us at contacto@aquorasrl.com.

Who and what it covers

This policy applies to people who visit the site or write to us through the contact form or by email.

It does not cover the clinical or patient data processed by the systems Aquora implements for a healthcare institution. That data is governed by the contract with each institution.

Please do not send patient data or clinical information through the form or by email.

What data we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive:

• Your name.
• Your institution and, if you wish, your role.
• Your email and, if you wish, your phone number.
• The type of institution and the area you are interested in.
• The message you write.

In addition, the provider that hosts the site processes technical data from each visit, such as the IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect the site.

What we use the data for

We use the data to:

• Answer your inquiry and follow up on what you ask for, such as a demonstration or a conversation about a service.
• Keep the site secure and working.

We do not use the data for advertising and we do not make automated decisions about people.

Why we can use it

We use your data because you give it to us when you send the form and tick the acceptance box, and only to answer your inquiry. The technical data from your visit is processed because it is needed for the site to work and be protected.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or hand it over for advertising.

The providers Aquora uses to run the site and receive inquiries, such as the hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) and the email provider, may process it, only to provide us with that service.

We may hand it to a competent authority when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies or third-party analytics or tracking tools. If that changes, we will say so here before turning them on.

How long we keep it

We keep the data from an inquiry for as long as it is needed to handle it and follow up. If no relationship with your institution comes about, we delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what data of yours we have.
• Correct or update it.
• Delete it.
• Stop using it or withdraw your consent.

Write to contacto@aquorasrl.com from the email address you used in the form and say what you would like. We will answer within a reasonable time.

The Political Constitution of the State of Bolivia recognizes the right to privacy (article 21) and the privacy protection action (article 130), which you can turn to if you believe your data is not being handled properly.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No system is infallible, so we ask you not to send sensitive information this way.

Minors

The site is aimed at healthcare institutions and professionals, not at minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date.
